EasyEats has made our business more successful than we could have imagined. Before signing up for the system we used the old tried and true order pads. This did not work for us as we would have questions about special requests or handwriting would become sloppy. With the KDS screens, these issues are gone!! Give the system a try. You will not regret it and you have nothing to lose as there is no contract and you only are charged when you use the system.

Grumpy J's Gourmet Sliders
Online ordering took me awhile to start using, I’m older and I have a tendency to fight change and technology. A few weeks ago, we were set up in a neighborhood, we got slammed!! All the orders, except 3 were placed online. The great thing was, this freed up my window person to help with the orders and allowed them to hand out the food, greatly reducing my turn times and improving customer satisfaction.

The system performance is solid. I used to use Square and paper tickets. I lost them. I dropped them in grease, they were laying all over the truck after an event, the paper would run out, etc. These issues are gone. I can train in a new kid (or a retiree) on the system in about 5 minutes. I’ve had friends stop by the truck, see I was short handed and jump in and start taking orders. It’s that easy.

Deep Roots Concessions
The customer text option is very helpful to us. We do a lot of breweries, and we were delivering orders to tables so that guests did not have to wait outside in the heat or cold while their food was being prepared. During busy periods, we’d need an additional person working, just for deliveries! The text option gives guests the option of returning to their table and enjoying their beer while their order is being prepared, rather than standing around and waiting for their food.
